Our Haus Sonnenterrasse apartment building is just 150 meters (about a 2–3 minute walk) from the valley station of the Fiss mountain lifts (in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area). Our central location is ideal for the perfect car-free ski-in/ski-out holiday.

For maximum comfort on your family ski holiday, your personal ski depot is located directly at the valley station of the ski lift (just 20 meters away, available for a fee). This allows you to stroll relaxed with your children in regular winter boots from your holiday apartment to the ski depot, slip into your pre-warmed ski boots there, and head straight into the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area without any heavy lugging.
